Download & expand
Download the ZIP, then double-click it in Finder to extract Swan Palace Launcher.app.

Move it to Applications
Drag Swan Palace Launcher.app into your Applications folder. The game and supporting files are included inside the app.

Open the launcher
Open Swan Palace Launcher from Applications and use its launch control to enter the preview. Stay online to connect to the shared world.

Before your first night.
How do I know which Mac I have?
Choose Apple menu → About This Mac. If the Chip field shows Apple M1, M2, M3, M4, or another Apple M-series chip, this is the Apple Silicon package. An Intel processor needs a different build, which is not offered here.
Will my progress be saved?
No. Accounts and saved progression are not enabled in this preview. Rejoining starts a new player session. Launcher preferences are stored locally.
Are Windows and Intel Mac downloads available?
No public Windows or Intel Mac package is offered on this page yet. Download buttons will appear when a release for those platforms is ready.
Does this run research or computing jobs on my Mac?
No. Background computing, research participation, currency earnings, purchases, and cash-out are not enabled in this preview.
What if the app does not open?
Check that you downloaded the Apple Silicon package and extracted it fully. If macOS blocks it or reports a damaged app, keep the exact message and contact us. Do not disable macOS security protections.
Where can I read about data and privacy?
The preview privacy notice explains the shared-world connection, session data, local settings, and hosting. This site does not add analytics or a player account system.
